The coconut coir is aged and composted for over 12 months and thoroughly washed. This process reduces salt, phenol, and tannin, making it free from bacteria, fungus spores, and weed seeds. which has naturally low EC, stable pH and other qualities ideal for growing media.
Aged and washed coir pith is processed to remove fine particles and long fibers, maintaining consistent sieving. This premium coir and chips mix is compressed (8:1) into slabs of various dimensions and sealed in UV-stabilized poly bags. Each lot of raw material coco will be tested before production
Our Internal lab testing will check for EC, pH, moisture, impurities, consistency and external lab testing will check for Heavy metals, Pesticides, Bacteria, fungus spores etc
