In 2010, we started our coir substrate manufacturing factory in Coimbatore area, Tamil Nadu, South India. We are a leading manufacturer of coir products, including coco peat, coco chips, and coco fiber. Our raw material is natural, fully mature coconut coir peat. We cleanse the coir peat to remove unwanted salts and impurities by multiple washing. We then dry it in a concrete yard, pass it through a sieve, grade it, and store it. Cocopeat is mixed with coconut husk chunks and compressed into various forms, including bales, briquettes, blocks, slabs, and bricks. Cocopeat is exported under the brand name BERRI Coco Coir Substrate.
