* Raw Material Sourcing: High-grade, mature coconut husks are collected and processed into uniform coir pith/fibers.
* Sieving & Filtering: Raw coir is passed through mechanical mesh sieves to remove fine sand, excess dust, and unwanted fiber strands.
* Triple Freshwater Washing: The coir undergoes extensive freshwater washing to leach out naturally occurring sodium and potassium salts, driving the Electrical Conductivity (EC) down to < 0.5 mS/cm.
* Sun Drying: The washed substrate is spread out on clean concrete drying yards to achieve a moisture level of 10% to 15%.

* Compacting & Packaging: The dried coir is fed into hydraulic presses to form 250g bricks or 5kg blocks, ready for palletization and bulk shipment.
