Coco peat is manufactured by extracting the spongy coir pith from raw coconut husks during fiber processing, aging it in open yards, and thoroughly washing it with fresh water to remove natural salts and achieve a low electrical conductivity (EC). After washing, the material is sieved through mesh screens to remove fine dust and short fibers, spread out across outdoor concrete yards to sun-dry to an 18%–20% moisture level, and finally compressed using high-pressure hydraulic presses into dense 5 kg blocks at a 5:1 ratio for easy packaging and bulk distribution.
Discover premium quality Low EC coco peat 5kg blocks, expertly triple-washed to lower sodium levels and deliver optimal pH/EC balance for commercial horticulture. This 100% organic, lightweight growing medium provides exceptional water holding capacity while maintaining high air porosity, allowing roots to receive maximum oxygen for faster, healthier plant growth. Ideal for greenhouse cultivation, potting mixes, and soil conditioning.
Coco coir peat are a 100% eco-safe, renewable and sustained light weight medium. The microscopic voids in the sponge-like cocopeat particles hold a lot of water! Dry spaces between holes allow roots to receive more oxygen and baby plants to grow faster, Its sterile, and easy to manage

* Commercial Nurseries & Seedling Propagation: Used in large-scale plant nurseries for rootstock growth, young plant propagation, and pot culture due to its optimal air porosity and root oxygenation.
* Potting Substrates & Soil Blending Industry: Serves as a core raw material for commercial soil manufacturers to blend custom potting mixes, replacing traditional peat moss to improve moisture retention and drainage.
* Berry Farming (Blueberry & Soft Fruits): Combined with coir husk chips to create well-drained, acidic-balanced substrates essential for berry and soft fruit production in containers.
* Floriculture & Cut Flower Production: Widely utilized in commercial rose, lily, gerbera, and orchid cultivation for long-term bed planting and pot production.
* Landscaping, Golf Courses & Soil Conditioning: Mixed into poor sandy or clay soils during large-scale landscaping projects, sports fields, and turf management to build organic matter and improve water efficiency.
* Individually Shrink-Wrapped Blocks/Bricks: Single 5kg blocks wrapped in clear poly-film with custom branded (third party)labels and barcode stickers for retail shelf display.
* Multi-Pack Poly Bags (3, 5, or 6-Packs): Bundled set of mini-bricks or discs packaged in heavy-duty, printed poly bags with carry handles—ideal for garden centers and supermarket shelves.
* Eco-Friendly Retail Cartons: 100% recyclable corrugated retail display boxes containing 3 to 6 coir bricks with full-color custom branding and usage instructions printed directly on the box.
